This page is for application to present talk or poster in the conference.
The deadline for the abstract submission is March 31st, 2026.
The submission incurs a one-off payment for processing of the application abstract. The fee is:
1. Poster : Rp. 50,000 (2.5 USD)
2. Talk : Rp. 100,000 (5 USD)
The payment can be combined with the registration to attend, but the processing of the abstract is based on the payment.
The number of open talks and posters is limited, only selected abstracts will be proceed further.
The procedure of application is as follow :
a. Fill in the application form
b. Transfer the payment to ABI account and send the record to the conference e-mail address*
c. The abstract will be reviewed by the ABI administrative and scientific panel**
d. Communication of the review
e. Acceptance/rejection of the submission
Important notes :
1. The abstract should not be submitted for publication elsewhere prior the conference
2. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference book/proceeding.
3. Selected abstract will receive the recommendation for publication in a reputable journal***

***The conference committee is preparing collaboration with reputable publishing house for a publication of the selected abstract at no cost. If the abstract is selected, further processing will take place via a standard publication procedure. ABI has the right to select which abstract to publish.
