Sebagai bentuk dukungan aktif dan penguatan kompetensi teknis, pada tanggal 10-12 Juni 2025, ABI berpartisipasi dalam acara finalisasi modul pelatihan mengenai transportasi dan pengiriman bahan infeksius yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Primer dan Komunitas, Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hadir sebagai perwakilan ABI adalah Dr. Febrina Meutiawati. Juga hadir dalam pelatihan ini adalah ibu Imelda Hudiani ST. M.Kes., kepala Instalasi K3, Limbah, dan Biorepositori di Balai Besar Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Pengendalian Penyakit, Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Primer dan Komunitas, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, yang juga salah seorang pengurus ABI.
Program pelatihan ini merupakan bagian dari rencana pengembangan “Massive Open Online Course” (MOOC) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis tenaga kesehatan dan laboratorium dalam hal transportasi bahan infeksius yang mencakup prosedur pengemasan, pengiriman, dan pelacakan sebagai implementasi regulasi transportasi bahan infeksius sesuai standar WHO dan IATA. Pelatihan ini memberikan dukungan pengetahuan dan teknis kepada pihak-pihak terkait yang terlibat dalam menyusun modul MOOC tersebut. Penyusunan kurikulum dan modul program pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21-22 April 2025 di Jakarta dan 26-28 Mei 2025 di Bogor. ABI ikut terlibat dalam kedua pertemuan tersebut.

As part of an active support and strengthening technical competence, on June 10th-12th, ABI participated in the finalization of the module for the training program on transportation and delivery of infectious materials that was organized by the Directorate General of Primary Health and Community, the Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia. Attending the program on behalf of ABI was Dr. Febrina Meutiawati. Also attending the training was Imelda Husdiani ST, M.Kes., who is the Head of OHS, Waste, and Biorepository Installation at the Laboratory Center of Environmental Health and Disease Control, Directorate General of Primary and Community Health, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia, and who is also one of the board members of ABI.
This training program is part of the development plan for the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), which is aimed to increase technical competence of health and laboratory workers on transportation of infectious materials that covers the procedure, packaging, delivery, and tracking. Through MOOC, the health and laboratory workers are expected to be capable of implementing the regulation in transporting infectious materials according to WHO and IATA standards. This training provides knowledge and technical know-how to the stakeholders who are involved in the MOOC modules preparation. Preparation of the curriculum and modules for the training program have been commenced on April 21st-22nd 2025 in Jakarta and May 26th-28th in Bogor. ABI participated in both of the meetings.
